My goal is healthy physical and mental development. My own and my client’s. My own is first on this list for a reason, because I believe that to change the world you have to start with yourself.
Recent years I’ve spent on educating myself about and practicing urogynecological therapy and fascial techniques, pregnancy massage and postpartum therapy. I value simple and effective solutions because taking care of yourself doesn’t need to be complicated.
Movement is the source of confidence, satisfaction and peace of mind for me and I want to pass this simple truth to everyone else!
